Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Sabotages. By using it you agree to them. Sabotages is free and run by an independent developer in the UK.

Who can use it

Sabotages is for adults aged 18 and over.

What it is, and what it isn’t

Sabotages is a wellbeing diary. It helps you record how you feel each day.

It isn’t medical advice and it isn’t a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. If you’re struggling, please speak to a qualified professional.

It isn’t a crisis service and isn’t for emergencies. In an emergency, call 999. You can also call Samaritans on 116 123, free, any time. Our Charities page lists more places to find support.

Free to use

Every feature is free. Donations are optional and don’t unlock any extra features.

Your account

You sign in with a six digit code sent to your email, so please keep your email account secure. You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time from the Account page.

Your data

You own your data. You let us store and process it only so we can run the service for you. You can export it from Settings at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. Accounts that do may be suspended.

Changes and availability

Sabotages is provided as is. We may change it, or close it, with reasonable notice. If we change these terms, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
